Black Sea Night

This Black India Pale Ale (IPA), also known as Cascadian Dark Ale, is a near-black, dark brown beer that combines the dryness, hop balance, and vibrant hop flavors of an American IPA, but without the intensely roasted or burnt notes, offering a bold, hop-forward profile with a smooth, dark malt backbone.

Bottled conditioned for ultimate flavour.

ABV 6.0% Vol

To pour bottle-conditioned beer, start with a slow, gentle pour at a 45-degree angle, aiming the beer down the side of the glass to minimize agitation of the yeast sediment. As the bottle empties, you may see the yeast cloudiness approach the neck. Stop pouring when you see the sediment nearing the bottle's neck to avoid transferring it to your glass, leaving a clear beer with a minimal amount of yeast.
