This light amber IPA, crafted with 20% rye malt, offers a unique dry spiciness that complements its late and dry hop character, creating a well-balanced brew with a subtle malt complexity and a crisp, hop-forward finish.

To pour bottle-conditioned beer, start with a slow, gentle pour at a 45-degree angle, aiming the beer down the side of the glass to minimize agitation of the yeast sediment. As the bottle empties, you may see the yeast cloudiness approach the neck. Stop pouring when you see the sediment nearing the bottle's neck to avoid transferring it to your glass, leaving a clear beer with a minimal amount of yeast.
