Rodeo Double IPA

A Double IPA (DIPA), or imperial IPA, an American style beer characterized by its higher hop content and malt richness compared to a standard IPA, resulting in this fuller, more complex flavour profile with caramel / toasted notes. The brewing process is more intensive, taking us twice as long, to achieve the elevated alcohol content and layered flavours that we require from this popular beer.

Bottled conditioned for ultimate flavour.

ABV 8.0% Vol

To pour bottle-conditioned beer, start with a slow, gentle pour at a 45-degree angle, aiming the beer down the side of the glass to minimize agitation of the yeast sediment. As the bottle empties, you may see the yeast cloudiness approach the neck. Stop pouring when you see the sediment nearing the bottle's neck to avoid transferring it to your glass, leaving a clear beer with a minimal amount of yeast.
